Discover America From the Road Less Traveled
There is a big difference between visiting a place and discovering it. You can drive through the Ozarks on the highway and see some beautiful scenery. Or you can take the back roads. Ride through the forests. Climb the winding mountain roads. Follow gravel roads into places you didn’t know existed. Stop at a small-town diner. Talk to the people who live there. Find an old historic site, a forgotten road, a hidden viewpoint, or a place that isn’t in any guidebook. That’s the kind of riding I want to share with you.
Guided Adventure Rides Are Coming
I’m working toward offering guided motorcycle adventure rides for riders who want to experience some of the places I’ve discovered during my own travels. The first rides will focus on the Ozarks. But the idea doesn’t stop there. Over time, I want to organize guided adventures in other parts of the United States as well.
These won’t be races. They won’t be about riding as many miles as possible in a day. And they won’t be about simply following a GPS track from one destination to another. They’re about the experience.
Discover the Ozarks
The Ozarks are an incredible place to explore by motorcycle. The region is filled with winding pavement, gravel roads, forests, rivers, mountains, small communities, historic places, scenic overlooks, and roads that seem to have been designed specifically for motorcycles. But some of the best places aren’t necessarily the ones you’ll find on a typical tourist map. That’s where I want to take you. I’ll use the experience I’ve gained exploring the region to create rides that combine great roads with interesting places. We’ll ride. We’ll explore. We’ll stop. We’ll take pictures. We’ll discover. And most importantly, we’ll enjoy the journey.
More Than Just a Motorcycle Ride
A guided ride with me won’t be about putting a group of motorcycles on the road and leading them from point A to point B. I want each ride to have a story. Maybe we’ll visit an old town that most people have never heard of. Maybe we’ll stop at a historic location. Maybe we’ll find a beautiful overlook. Maybe we’ll ride a road that you would never have found on your own. And sometimes, the best part of the day might simply be stopping somewhere unexpected and saying: “I’m glad we came this way.” That’s what adventure is about.
Adventure Without the Guesswork
Exploring unfamiliar roads can be one of the best parts of motorcycle travel. But it can also take a lot of preparation. Finding good roads. Checking conditions. Figuring out where to stop. Finding fuel. Finding places to eat. Making sure the route is appropriate for the motorcycles and riders in the group. I’ve spent a lot of time exploring and researching these things. My goal is to do the preparation so that when you show up, you can concentrate on riding and enjoying the adventure.
Pavement, Gravel & Adventure
Not every ride will be the same. Some adventures will be primarily paved. Others may include gravel and easier off-road sections. And some will be designed specifically for riders looking for a more adventurous experience. The exact character of each ride will be clearly explained before you join. You should know what you’re getting into before you put your motorcycle on the trailer — or start the engine. The goal is adventure, not unnecessary risk.
And It’s Not Just the Ozarks
The Ozarks are where I want to begin. But America is a big country. There are incredible motorcycle roads and adventures all over it. As Adventures Worth Living grows, I want to take guided rides to other parts of the country. Mountain roads. Desert landscapes. Historic highways. Scenic back roads. Small towns. National forests. Places that deserve to be explored from the seat of a motorcycle. Eventually, the idea is simple: Find great roads. Find interesting places. Bring riders together. And go explore.

Guided rides aren’t available yet. I’m still working on the routes, planning the logistics, and making sure that when the first rides are offered, they are worth your time and worth the trip. I don’t want to rush it. I’d rather take the time to create something I’m proud to put my name on.
The first guided adventures will begin in the Ozarks, with additional destinations planned as the adventure grows.
